Privacy Policy

Information we collect

When you submit the enquiry form, we collect the details you provide: your name, company, phone number, email address, project location, service required and message. We do not collect any other personal information unless you provide it to us directly, such as by phone, email or WhatsApp.

How we use this information

We use the information you submit only to respond to your enquiry and, if you proceed, to prepare a quote and carry out the requested work. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

Third-party services

When you use the enquiry form, your details are placed into a WhatsApp message that opens on your device and is sent to our WhatsApp number only when you press Send; WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to that message. This website also embeds a Google Maps view to show our location and loads fonts from Google Fonts; these third parties may process standard technical data (such as your IP address) as part of providing those services.

Cookies

This website does not set its own tracking cookies. Third-party embeds (such as Google Maps) may set cookies according to their own privacy policies.

Data retention

We retain enquiry details for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and, where an order proceeds, for our business and legal record-keeping requirements.

Your rights

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, or to request that it be corrected or deleted, using the contact details below.
